Pool "Polytechnic"
Near the hostel 8, at Professor Dedyukin St. 19, there is a fitness complex with a 25-meter swimming pool. It consists of 6 swimming lanes, spacious locker rooms and showers. High-tech water treatment system (water comes from a separate well and passes several stages of cleaning and preparation) allows to create the most favorable conditions for swimming. "Student spring"
In hostel 8 "Start of spring of foreign students" is held, which is attended by collectives of hostels PNIPU. One of the most important activities of the extracurricular activities. The event takes place in the assembly hall of the main building of the PNIPU. Student spring in PNIPU is one of the brightest holidays of this university, a long and strong tradition of the university. Students of all the dormitories have been performing on the Polytechnic stage for many years, and this is a great chance to prove themselves, show and reveal their talents in creativity.
Checkers and Rapid Chess Tournaments
The Perm Polytechnic hosts checkers and rapid chess tournaments. Which are attended by students of different hostels, including students of hostel 8, as well as chess players with international titles, including graduates of the Perm Polytechnic, as well as invited chess players with a high rating.
